the business development company of Mark Heyer. Since 1985 HeyerTech, Inc. has been a leader
in the design and marketing of interactive information
systems. From 1996, HeyerTech has led the in the
development of customer-oriented Internet businesses and markets.
Currently, HeyerTech is researching the development of geothermal energy and other alternative energy sources.

Selected HeyerTech Projects:
Palo Alto Fiber to the Home Trial -In
September, 2001, HeyerTech, Inc. was selected for management
of the ground-breaking Palo Alto FTTH trial. HeyerTech provides all
customer service and network management services to the trial, in
addition to other specialized services. The trial provides 70 households
with high speed Internet (4.5-9mbps down, 4.5mbps upstream), telephone
service and potentially two cable television systems.
For Palo Alto, which enjoys a municipal utility system, development of a community-wide FTTH "information utility"
represents the potentiation of a major information asset for the city and its residents. As of Feb. 2007, the City is considering bids for construction of such a system.
HeyerTech Residential Fixed Wireless
- 2003 - HeyerTech was a founding partner
of AlwaysOn Network, Inc. located in Chiloquin, OR. Utilizing advanced
SOMA Networks technology, AlwaysOn was the first commercial deployment
of 3G residential fixed wireless technology in the United States.
Silicon Valley World Internet Center
- Founded in 1996 as a think tank, showcase and collaboration laboratory for the exploding Internet market, the World Internet Center received sponsorship from HP, IBM, Deutsche Telekom, Sun, Cisco, Fujitsu and many other major Internet companies. During its first year, the Center attracted more than 700 foreign companies and a large group of US companies to its programs. As founding partner and CEO in 1996, Mr. Heyer played a key role in developing the information asset value of the World Internet Center.
